Key Responsibilities
  • Assist machine operators and assemblers in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the setup and dismantling of equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Transport materials and tools to and from work areas, promoting a culture of efficiency and productivity.
  • Remove litter and garbage, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Monitor product quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
Work Environment

As a Manufacturing Labourer at Emmerson Packaging, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity. You will be required to work in a noisy and potentially odorous environment, but we provide a safe and supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
