Yard Worker

Fort Equipment is a full-service Kubota farm and construction equipment dealership that has served northern Nova Scotia and Southern New Brunswick for over 40 years and two generations. We are looking for someone to help us continue to provide a high level customer support in the service department.

**Responsibilities for this position**:

- Manage the upkeep of the yard and organize inventory
- Light mechanic work such as assembling new farm implements
- Operation of a Ford F-450 truck and gooseneck trailer
- Pickup and delivery of new and used equipment
- Provide a positive experience when working with customers

**Skills, education and experience**:

- Basic mechanic skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Class 3 driver's license with condition 15 and air brake endorsement
- Experience driving a pickup truck and gooseneck trailer
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

**Hours**:

- 8-5 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
- Occasional overtime when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.50 per hour
