Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving performance through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform HR-related decisions
