Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the effective use of our software.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of computer programs and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
