Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Boyd Autobody & Glass in Sherwood Park, Alberta. As a key member of our Repair Facility Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure consistent execution of our WOW plan to exceed customer expectations.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our Daily Demand Capacity Planner and ASE schedule.
- Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.
- Prepare RO work packets, including QC checklists, work orders, and parts lists.
- Record all communication with customers and insurance partners during the repair process.
- Confirm car rental information and update ASE with rental car usage information.
- Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure accurate vehicle tracking.
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with previous customer service experience
