Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dharma Dog Services. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
