About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at PREETEL COMMUNICATIONS INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business services and telecommunications divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Select, develop, and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business results.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the business services or telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Business services and telecommunications industries.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
