About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Elan Healthcare Inc. in a key leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Management
    • Formulate and approve financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
    • Establish and maintain financial controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Human Resources
    • Select, develop, and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Representation

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
