About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Elan Healthcare Inc. in a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business results.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 to 45 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
