- Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures as outlined by the hotel, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
