We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at ALBERTA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Hotel Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Room Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Investigate complaints and claims, resolve issues, and provide assistance to guests with special needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hospitality industry setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using computer systems.
