About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Property Force (Canada) Inc. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents as required by law.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
