Job Summary

V-TAC Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Journal Entries: Post journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in an urban area, willing to relocate, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, and speaking English as the primary language.
