Job Title: Strategic Development Program Trainee

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Development Program as a Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us, developing a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of our company.

Program Overview:

The Strategic Development Program is a 5-phase program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in our industry. You will progress through a series of training modules, working closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and expertise.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Learn about our products, from sourcing to delivery, and understand the sales support processes.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Gain experience in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial reporting.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Develop your skills in project management, customer issue resolution, and sales support.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Learn how to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5: Career Advancement

  • Determine your ideal career path and take the skills and knowledge you've acquired to achieve your goals.

Qualifications:

  • College or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
