Job Title: Strategic Development Program Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Development Program as a Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or career changer to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in business operations, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn about our business operations, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
  • Assist in various departments, including warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales, and outside sales, to gain a deep understanding of our business.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Contribute to process improvements and implement new ideas to enhance our business operations.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in a related field.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
