Operations Manager Trainee

At Atosa USA, Inc, we are committed to innovation, quality, and great service. We are seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager Trainee.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager Trainee will be responsible for preparing for a management role, such as Superintendent or Operations Manager. This role will involve overseeing facility operations, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring the safety and well-being of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize financial statements to create action plans for managing running costs and overheads.
  • Conduct financial report analysis and cost control related to branch operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support in reporting, data-entry, strategic planning, and customer service as required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage branch inventory control.
  • Develop and lead employees to increase productivity and morale.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Manage branch accounting.
  • Prepare and implement action plans.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Resolve problems and report important operations information.
Requirements
  • 2 years in management or operations preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Solid understanding of customer service, inventory management, and accounting procedures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interact efficiently with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
