Warehouse Management Trainee Opportunity

At CB Canada, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Trainee to join our team. As a Warehouse Management Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our 18-month Rotational Management Program to master Uline's inbound and outbound warehouse manager operations.
  • Develop Warehouse Manager/Management skills by leading and motivating others.
  • Complete forklift, order picker, and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
