Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at SEA Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Operations: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments to ensure optimal performance and results.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and a commitment to excellence.
