About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at SEA Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
