About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at SEA Canada. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
