District Sales Manager for Marine Division

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Western Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with dealers, and driving business growth in the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing them with exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct regular sales calls, product training, and coaching to ensure dealers are equipped to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the business development manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the marine industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to dealers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
