Position Overview

Green City Asset Management Corp is seeking to fill the role of Office Coordinator (NOC 13110).

Job Details:

  • Position Available: 1
  • Weekly Hours: 30-40
  • Compensation: $25.64 per hour
  • Vacation: 10-day paid vacation annually

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education is mandatory.
  • A 1-2 year college program in a related field or prior clerical experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit various documents including correspondence, invoices, presentations, and reports from dictated or handwritten sources.
  • Manage incoming mail and electronic communications, ensuring effective information flow within the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for management.
  • Oversee office supply procurement and maintain inventory levels.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems for documentation.
  • Greet visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Document meeting minutes and maintain relevant records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Gather data, statistics, and other information to assist in research initiatives.
  • Provide training to office staff on procedures and software applications.
