Job Title: CRM Specialist Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist Intern to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, data architecture, and integration principles. This role will involve developing, programming, and integrating targeted email, mobile notification, and paid media campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging deep technical knowledge of email sending platforms, mobile notifications, and targeted paid media.
  • Configure automated targeted marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation and control groups, automated processes, and emails.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to deliver error-free campaigns and ensure smooth data flow for error-free processing.
  • Analyze and interpret performance results based on CRM campaign data, providing conclusions and recommendations to optimize customer journey-based campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Research and Analytics & Insights counterparts to provide retrospective post-campaign analyses and actionable recommendations to the marketing leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data architecture, and integration principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Architect).
  • Bilingual in English and French.
