About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 426889 BC LTD. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate kitchen equipment, such as dishwashers, ovens, and grills, to prepare and cook food.
    • Portion and package food for customers.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
    • Empty trash and recyclables.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take customer orders and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.

    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Physically demanding.
