Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly answer questions about food, beverage, and restaurant services
  • Assist with food running, ensuring plates arrive at the correct table
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area and maintain a high level of organization
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to maximize seating and ensure a smooth service
  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and maintain a clean and clutter-free environment
  • Ensure condiments are pre-portioned and fridges are stocked with essentials
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of waste and recycling
  • Communicate guest comments and feedback to servers to ensure a positive experience
