Join Dulux / Bétonel as a Retail Store Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in our retail stores
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not essential
