Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for EssilorLuxottica lens brands within the designated region
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) with both internal and external partners
  • Advocate for products through comprehensive brand and category training
  • Foster relationships with account management teams
  • Remain updated on product offerings, promotional activities, and competitive landscape
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and training
  • Assess program effectiveness through impact measurement
  • Comply with office protocols and dress standards
  • Conduct product training sessions for account sales associates and personnel
  • Travel extensively, approximately 80% of the time, within the assigned region

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Prior experience in training, sales, or retail environments
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficiency in English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the optical industry is advantageous
  • Optician license is considered a plus
