About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Remarkable Immigration and Education Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask.
