Job Summary
La Cie Moruzzi Ltée is seeking a skilled Polisher-Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for assembling, shaping, and polishing stone and other natural materials to meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Adjust and maintain polishing machines to achieve optimal results
- Verify product quality against established standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections
- Communicate effectively with production team and management
- Identify and address any quality or production issues
- Meet production deadlines and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of stone and natural materials
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced production environment
