Furniture Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our furniture store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales associates and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail or furniture store management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
