Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client operations team as a Senior Director of Client Operations. This role is responsible for driving excellence in client relationships, operationalizing large agency accounts, and implementing best practices for client financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client operational strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of account managers and financial analysts to ensure seamless client service and financial management
  • Partner with agency account leads to manage team on-boarding processes and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Manage client financial reporting, including SOW development and approvals, scope revisions, and client financial reporting
  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure account profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency account leads, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of professional client operations experience in an agency setting
  • Strong skills in scoping, pricing, financial management, and timeline development for large, complex programs
  • Familiarity with different types of programs and deliverables, such as strategic planning, creative ideation, video, social, and editorial content
  • Project management background is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Products and Smartsheets
