Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
  • Manage site processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with investigative sites
  • Ensure timely completion of monitoring tasks and documentation
  • Participate in investigator meetings and contribute to project team discussions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or equivalent
  • Minimal clinical monitoring experience (comparable to 2 years)
  • Valid driver's license (where applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
