Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to team members.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Task Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule tasks to ensure efficient use of time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, accurate, and reliable.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to communicate effectively in English.
