Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
