Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction

At Tricon Residential, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction process, including defining project scope, identifying critical paths, and leading the timing of each construction stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including consultants, trades, and internal staff
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and technical challenges
  • Coordinate with partners, consultants, and municipal staff to ensure project compliance
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and schedule updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in high-rise/multi-residential construction
  • University or college degree in a related field, such as planning, engineering, architecture, or construction management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication and analytical abilities
