Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction

At Tricon Residential, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead our high-rise and multi-residential construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction process, from defining project scope to leading the timing of each construction stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process, including defining project scope, identifying critical paths, and leading the timing of each construction stage.
  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate potential risks and technical challenges.
  • Determine resources required to ensure all aspects of the project are managed appropriately.
  • Lead design and coordination meetings, and liaise with partners, consultants, construction management teams, building trades, and municipal staff.
  • Responsible for financial monitoring of the project, including forecasting, keeping the team informed of schedule progress, design changes, and potential construction overruns.
  • Coordinate all aspects of development and permit applications, drawings, and documents prior to permit submission.
  • Manage consultant working drawing groups and meetings, and conduct project reviews and create/generate reporting as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in high-rise and multi-residential construction.
  • A university or college degree in a related field, such as planning, engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
