About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Package take-out food and prepare orders for delivery
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet quality standards
  • Take customers' orders and process payments accurately
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products and supplies
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Work setting: Food service establishment
  • Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, deep fryer, and electronic cash register
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, flexibility, and excellent oral communication
