Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including organization, administration, and communication.
- Support our sales team by deflecting calls, providing training on new initiatives, and following up on claims.
- Pivot to other lines of business to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Order office and marketing supplies as needed.
- Sell insurance products to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Total compensation package, including salary, commission, and annual retention bonus.
- Monthly and quarterly team promotions and bonuses.
- Three weeks of vacation time.
- Health and dental benefits after three months of employment.
- RRSP match program.
- Technology, including a laptop.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Potential for compensation over $50,000.
- OTL and LLQP licenses are required, but we will provide training and support to help you obtain them.
