Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer experience strategies
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement

- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to meet customer needs and expectations
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and data
