Regional Security Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The Regional Security Operations Manager serves as the primary senior liaison between clients and our operational team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service that aligns with client expectations and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quality service delivery in a timely manner.
2. Collaborate with the sales and senior management teams to enhance the region's client base and promote our core services.
3. Maintain strong relationships within the region, adhering to the annual business development strategy.
4. Respond promptly to client inquiries with a strategic and operational mindset, ensuring client involvement in the operational process.
5. Ensure compliance with all divisional policies and procedures among staff during their duties.
6. Oversee the operational execution of large-scale projects and manage industrial disputes.
7. Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing operational plans to control budget expenditures, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
8. Present operational reports to the Director on a weekly basis or as required.
9. Assist the Director in formulating short-term and long-term strategies, including budget proposals.
10. Set objectives for subordinates and conduct performance reviews.
11. Undertake any additional reasonable duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field, along with security guard or investigation training and experience; equivalent qualifications may be considered.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Security Management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with TrackTik is advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Security Guard License and a valid Driver's License.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk up to 10 kilometers on-site and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel between various sites as needed.
