Security Operations Supervisor

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Blackstone Security, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing security personnel and ensuring the effective operation of security measures across various sites.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Your responsibilities will take place in various locations, adapting to the unique needs of each site.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the seamless operation of security equipment and systems.
- Compile and present progress reports and other necessary documentation.
- Order and manage supplies, equipment, and materials essential for security operations.
- Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Establish effective work schedules and operational procedures.
