Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Emergency Security Management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and service delivery.
- Operational Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop and implement operational plans that align with the company's business development goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of large-scale projects and industrial disputes, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Team Development and Coaching: Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, accompanied by security guard or investigation training and work experience.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a Security Management role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Certifications: Possess a valid Security Guard License, First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Driver's License.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk up to 10 kilometers on site and stand for long periods of time.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel between sites throughout the province.
