Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our security operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to our security team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our sales team and senior management to develop and execute business development plans, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and control operational budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective cost management.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to our senior management team, ensuring they are informed of key performance indicators and business developments.
  • Assist in the development of short-term and long-term business plans, working closely with our senior management team to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a security management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of security industry best practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Education and Certifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, such as security management or a related field.
  • Valid Security Guard License and First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office and field settings.
  • Ability to travel between sites throughout the province.
