Security Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at Blackstone Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all security equipment and machinery are functioning properly and make any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, including any incidents or issues that may have arisen.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
