Position Overview

The role of a Farm Supervisor at T&R Brar Farm Ltd. involves overseeing various agricultural operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to ensure the completion of work objectives.
  • Supervise the clearing of fields and other essential activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and bio-security measures on the farm.
  • Maintain quality control and production records to meet industry standards.
  • Supervise and manage crop-related operations to optimize yield.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Attention to detail is crucial in this role.

Experience

Preferred experience ranges from 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
