- Implement and maintain farm safety and bio-security procedures to protect our animals and the environment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control and production records to optimize our farm's productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs to ensure their success and growth.
- Maintain accurate and detailed work records and logs to track our farm's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
