Position Overview

The role of a Farm Supervisor at T&R Brar Farm Ltd. involves overseeing various agricultural operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Organize and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Supervise the clearing of fields and other essential activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production documentation.
  • Coordinate and oversee the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and bio-security protocols on the farm.
  • Maintain quality control and production records to meet standards.
  • Supervise and manage crop-related operations and growth activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Work Environment

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
