About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Operations Supervisor to join our team at Khun Khun Orchards. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Operations: Oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records: Monitor and record production levels, quality control measures, and other relevant data to ensure optimal farm performance.
  • Ensure Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Implement and enforce safety protocols and bio-security measures to protect our staff, equipment, and crops.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Perform General Farm Duties: Participate in various farm activities, including harvesting, pruning, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, team player
