Position: Agricultural Operations Supervisor

Education: Completion of secondary school diploma is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the activities of general farm workers and harvesting teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and bio-security measures on the farm.
  • Maintain and monitor quality control standards and production documentation.
  • Supervise breeding programs and other livestock management initiatives.
  • Direct and oversee crop cultivation and related agricultural operations.
Team Leadership

Team Size: Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial in this role.
