As a vital member of the Legal, Compliance, Security (LCS) team, the Senior Specialist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) will be instrumental in managing AML initiatives and investigations to protect BCLC from potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee cross-functional projects that align with AML Strategy
- Assess and interpret AML-related challenges
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with both internal and external partners
- Enact modifications to enhance AML compliance
- Safeguard confidentiality and manage investigative documentation
- Serve as a representative for leadership when necessary
- Bachelor's degree in business, criminology, or a related discipline
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent certification
- 4 to 6 years of experience in investigative or security roles
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Capacity to make prompt, responsible decisions in high-pressure scenarios
